Each time you drop from the bar, perform:

800-mt run

30 push-ups

Back Squats 5×5 (progressive)

For time:

200-meter med ball run 30/20

100-meter farmers carry, 53/44-lb. kb

400-meter run-no med ball

100-meter farmers carry, 53/44-lb. kb

200-meter med ball run

Cash out with 30 Pull-ups for time-strict if possible

200 Air squats
