To get weekly WOD’s, download the “SugarWod” app to your phone. During set up, select “Crossfit Camp Mabry” as your gym. Once account is established, you can go to the “Whiteboard” to view the weeks WOD.
Every month Coaches/Athletes will recommend a movement they need to get better at, in CF its known as the “goat”. This months Challenge the Goat will be double unders. Log in your reps on the on app and whomever has the most reps will be recognized and win a prize.
