Getting Started

Welcome to the Crossfit Camp Mabry website! This is your source to not only see each day’s challenging WOD, but to also record your results and track your progress.

The site is designed to work smoothly on smartphones, so bring your phones to class and log your results!

1. To make the most of the site, you’ll need to register.

Registering is easy and free. Just click here or the ‘register’ link over to the right.

2. Fill out the simple form.

You’ll just to to create a username, password, and include your email address. Your email address will only be used for password resets and recoveries. It will not be used for any marketing purposes, nor will you receive any spam from us.

3. Log in with your new username and password.

4. Edit your profile to set your display name.

You can view your profile by clicking the image or by clicking on your username in the top right corner.

6. Log your workouts

Now, when you view a WOD, you’ll see input forms to record your scores. You can input your score, whether you completed the workout as prescribed, and add a comment. These scores will be tallied into a digital ‘Board Bosses’ chart.

7. View your workout history

On the main navigation menu, you’ll see options for ‘Workout Log‘ and ‘My Benchmarks‘. The Workout Log keeps track of every WOD you log on this site. My Benchmarks tracks just the special lifts and WODs that we use as Crossfit benchmarks.

8. Create a profile

Next, click on the ‘My Profile’ link. You’ll be given the option to create a public Athlete profile. Add a picture and short bio so our CFCM community can get to know each other. Once you add a profile, you’ll show up in the ‘Our Athletes’ page.

9. View your Crossfit benchmark results and goals

Here we show the benchmark workouts and lifts that Crossfit HQ tracks for the Crossfit Games. Your latest score will appear for each benchmark. If you click on the benchmark name, you can add a new score and even add a goal.

10. Add private records

The private records section gives you the ability to track anything else you would like. If you do a workout or go for a run on your own, you can log it here. Your custom records are private. No one else can see them, so log things till your heart’s content.
