Even if your “wheels” feel more like blocks.
We’ll be doing an inverted interval pyramid of 800m, 400m, 400m, and 800m. During the “rest” period, we’ll have a quick mini-wod involving upper body movements and a 30-second (cumulative time) static hold. Your score will be you’re total time on the 4 intervals, so focus your max efforts on the runs.

CrossFit Camp Mabry will be holding an Elements Class from 18 to 20 November.
Elements is a 3 day CrossFit foundations course that is required for new athletes. During these 3 days, new athletes will be introduced to the fundamental movements and philosophies of CrossFit. After Elements you’ll be ready to join the larger group for the Workout of the Day (WOD) held each day Mon-Fri at 0645 and 1200.
The only thing required for Elements is your active participation. You’ll work up a sweat so wear appropriate clothing and bring a water bottle.
