When did you start CrossFit?
What is your athletic background?
Mainly pickup sports, hiking, running, and inconsistent in the gym.
How I eat:
Pretty well. I track my intake on a Fitbit, but I end up at about 2500 cals in and 3000 out.
Why I Crossfit:
I struggle with motivating myself, but with the crossfit group format, it keeps me accountable. I also love the intensity and Olympic lifting.
