Full time Soldier and part time Social Worker. I love people and I have a love/hate relationship with Crossfit! I love the results and hate to miss a class. I have lost 30# since April 2012 with Crossfit. I feel stronger and healthier. As a soldier and a social worker I must be holistically fit so WODs help me physically and mentally, especially when I have to keep count of rounds or divide my 1RM by 85%.
