When did you start CrossFit?

I am a busy mom of 3 children. New to Crossfit. Sad it took so long for me to find it.

How I eat:
Tryyy to eat clean, i eat clean 71% of the time..maybe.
Why I Crossfit:
To build upper body strength. Never lifted before crossfit. I'm hooked 🙂 Constantly reaching new PRs and its exciting.
