When did you start CrossFit?
What is your athletic background?
Im a runner... love to run but when i started to do cross fit and other different workouts that involved weights I realized how much I was missing! I cross fit, do insanity at least 3 times a week and run.
How I eat:
Well I eat pretty healthy with a cheat day every now and then. I don't deprive myself of yummy foods; however, I don't eat them often to ensure I stay well balanced.
Why I Crossfit:
why not??!?!?!?!?!?! Its fun, the people are great and the workouts challenge you in numerous ways.
