I'm a student at UT and in the Navy reserve.
What is your athletic background?
dancing (partner), figure skating, horseback riding, running, military stuff
How I eat:
I was a vegan for a year, then did strict paleo for a while. Now I mainly focus on making sure I eat enough to sustain my activity.
Why I Crossfit:
To train for the zombie apocalypse.
