I started Paleo 1May2013, this has changed my previous diet.
Why I Crossfit:
I would like to live a healthy fit lifestyle, and build strong relationships with like minded people who are trying to achieve the same goals. I also would like to be an example for my children, family and co-workers to motivate them to accomplish their goals with fitness.
