What is your athletic background?
I'm a runner, new triathlete and like seeing what else I can challenge myself to. I've been doing some obstacle course races and really enjoying them too.
How I eat:
Mostly clean with a couple cheats a week
Why I Crossfit:
It's a new challenge. I want to be stronger and set more goals for myself.
