When did you start CrossFit?
I started CrossFit Camp Mabry in 2012 with a single goal in mind...get in shape to be competitive again. I have played sports all my life and I love a good challenge. My mind has been willing, but the body-not so much.
I have much more to learn and certainly plenty of sweat equity to put in before I am at the level (or goal) that I have set for myself.
CFCM is a great way to start my day. I want to thank all of the trainers for their expertise and dedication along with my fellow CrossFitters for keeping me motivated!
Why I Crossfit:
