When did you start CrossFit?
Prior Active Duty Army (2008-2011), introduced to CrossFit at the local gym on Fort Hood. after years of traditional weightlifting, finally took an elements class in early 2015, and was hooked from then on.
What is your athletic background?
Recreational weightlifting, not much otherwise

Macro-counting along with clean eating
